Yes, we only sell 100% authentic Ball Jointed Dolls. We partner directly with renowned doll makers and artists to ensure you receive genuine products with official certificates of authenticity.

How long does shipping take for pre-order items?

Pre-order items are handcrafted by the artists and typically take between 3 to 6 months to ship, depending on the manufacturer's production schedule. Specific lead times are listed on each product page.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and specialized layaway plans to help you manage payments for high-value doll purchases.

Do dolls come fully assembled and painted?

This depends on the option selected. 'Full Set' dolls usually include face-up painting, eyes, and outfits, while 'Basic' dolls may arrive as blank resin. Please check the 'Set Contents' section of the product description.

What is your return policy for resin dolls?

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of BJDs, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if your doll arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage, please contact us within 7 days for a replacement or repair.
