At Dolk BJD, we strive for perfection in every doll and accessory; however, if your item arrives defective or incorrect, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery. Please note that due to the customized nature of Ball Jointed Dolls, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or aesthetic preferences.
Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and clear photos of the item and its original packaging to initiate a return request.
Receive Authorization
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack the doll and all original accessories in their original manufacturer boxes to ensure no damage occurs during transit.
Ship and Track
Send the package back to our designated warehouse using a tracked shipping service and provide the tracking number to our support team.
